If you’re looking for unique museums in Cincinnati, then you should check out the American Sign Museum. While there you can view a wide variety of signs and learn about how they are made. This museum is open year round and is located near The Drexel at Oakley Apartments.
At the American Sign Museum you’ll see everything from classic gas station signs to restaurant signs. There’s also a shop, which is where employees of Neonworks create neon signs. During the week, you can watch the signs being created at the shop. Museum admission is $15 per adult, $10 per senior citizen, and $10 per student with a valid ID.
The American Sign Museum is located at 1330 Monmouth Street. It’s open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Sundays from noon to 4 pm. You can take a tour with a guide Wednesday through Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm and Sundays at 2 p.m.
