3 Theatres To Try Out Near The Drexel at Oakley

Looking to sit back and relax on a hot summer night?

Then visit one of the following theaters where you can stay cool while enjoying a movie:

Xscape Theatres Northgate 14

Xscape is one of the fastest growing and most successful movie theater chains in the United States. The first location opened in the small community of Bedford, Indiana, where critics said it would never work. They were wrong, and today, Xscape is found in cities of all sizes. They each offer first-run movies, comfortable seating, state-of-the-art sound, and delicious concessions.

Parkland Theatre

This theater was originally built as a vaudeville house in the 1880s, and it still has the trap doors used during performances. It was converted to a movie house in the 1920s and is the oldest operating movie house in the city. It’s a first-run theater that does not show rated “R” movies, and features include reclining leather seats, quality sound, and hot and cold concessions. Tickets cost eight dollars no matter the time of day.

Rave Cinemas Western Hills 14

At Rave Cinemas, movie goers enjoy Dolby Digital Sound that creates a multi-dimensional auditory environment and 3D high-end technology formatted for luxury theaters. It plays first-run movies and offers reclining seats as well as wheelchair seating and assisted listening devices to those who need them.
